Management and risk description

Without any major product catalysts on the near horizon for Apple and the earnings report out of the way there is little positive news that may significantly lift the stock for now. The stock is, however, somewhat oversold in the immediate term and thus traders could leg into a short position and add to on any small bounces or sideways consolidation phase.

Parameters

Entry: Short the stock or CFD with the stock below the $100 mark, or buy cheap put options with at least three months left to expiration.

Stop: Any sharp bullish reversal that sees the stock establish a higher low above the $100 area.

Target: $80-$82 range.

Time horizon: 3-9 weeks
